Literature Text

Don’t go
You look like you have something to say
Gargling heartache at the back of your throat
As you write letters from your father’s boat

The sea can read your lips
And the sun is being nosey
Tells the trees all your secrets
And now the world breathes
That we’re in love

You got to my heart
From under my skin,
And you can stay the night in my mind
Anytime you’re lost within

Don’t go
Nothing ever stays the same
If you left now, it’d be me to blame
You’re so overbearing that you scare the mountains
Yet so susceptible you make the breezes laugh

Well nothing ever stays the same
Which doesn’t mean everything changes
Don’t go

Nothing ever stays the
Nothing ever stays the
Nothing ever stays
Don’t go
Simple song for the amazing, 'cause I've heard it from the grapevine that opposites attract. ;)

Thank you much, love all! :blowkiss:

I would defintely like to hear this sung. The first two stanzas seem to the most striking me. So much emotion and imagery in those lines.
